Addressing Special Needs

At Ibom Air, we will always try our best to accommodate any passengers needing special assistance. We strive for every Ibom Air passenger to have a safe and comfortable flying experience with us.
- If you require assistance due to a disability, reduced mobility or for any other reason, please notify us during or after booking your travel on Ibom Air. Please contact us at least 48 hours prior to the departure of your flight to inform us of any special requirements you may need at check-in, while boarding and on board the aircraft. We may not be able to assist you at short notice.
- Be sure to notify Ibom Air if you will be bringing any support items on board so that we may assign you a suitable seat in advance.
- Please arrive at least 2 hours prior to departure to check in to ensure there is enough time for us to properly assist you.
- Note: our Cabin Crew are unable to assist with any personal needs while on board the aircraft, such as assistance with feeding or using the toilet.
In addition, it’s important to note that airport facilities & services vary by location so be sure to also check with your departure and arrival airports to find out if their facilities meet your requirements.
